Trotskyism in futurism

Rhapsody of the Millennium Beatnik --- by Positive Crime Syndicate.

Futurism began in 1909 with the proclamation of a manifesto by the Italian poet, Filippo Tommaso Marinetti (1876-1944). The manifesto not only celebrated the dynamism of the machine age but strongly negated the past: "We will destroy the museums, libraries, academies of every kind..."

Yeah!! Go ahead, demolish the artifacts of civilisation. What did they produce but lazyness. It will be the blast of of aesthetics. Finally, man could concentrate on the only true production. Oh, and don't get me wrong here... I'm not talking about super consumeralism, nor capitalismo - on the contrary: I'm talking about emancipation of from all of this. The only truth is the dictum of Lenin: "socialism + electricity = communism". All hands to the machines! All hands are machines!

Yeah!
